Rates

½ day (5 hours or less) ---- $52
½ day + 1 hour (6 hours) ---- $63
1 full day (over 6 hours) ---- $89
In before 8 A.M. ---- $10
Leave after 5 P.M. ---- $10

Other Services are available for an additional fee, including:
Showers ---- $10
Shaves ---- $5
Beautician/barber ---- Price list available upon request
Transportation ---- Referrals upon request

Billing

Caregivers have the option to be billed monthly or on the 1st and 15th of each month following the service rendered. Payment is due upon receipt of the statement. The caregiver is responsible for direct payment of the bill to Milton Adult Day Services by check or money order.

Reimbursement from other funding sources are the responsibility of the caregiver.

Accepted Insurance Plans:
Most long-term care insurance plans, Veteran’s Health Plan, Medicaid Waiver* or CHOICE* will pay for adult day services.
